Employee Wellness Appreciation Month Registration Deadline

University Recreation and UAB Employee Wellness are teaming up for Employee Wellness Appreciation Month, a month-long initiative focused on improving the health and lifestyle of UAB employees.
Registered participants get free access to the UAB Campus Recreation Center weekdays in June, Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., for non-members and a special Employee Wellness Appreciation Month package for current members. Visit the University Recreation website for package details.
My Health Reward participants will earn 100 points for checking in to the Campus Rec Center at least four times in June. Representatives from Employee Wellness will be onsite in the Campus Rec Center lobby Wednesdays in June from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with handouts, swag and the wheel of wellness, and My Health Reward participants who stop by an Employee Wellness tabling event will earn 15 points per visit.
