UAB employees have the opportunity to utilize the Campus Recreation Center for free as part of this month-long program centered around fitness and wellness. 

Participants can earn points in their My Health Rewards account and will be eligible for discounts for University Recreation membership.

Note: Only active UAB employees are eligible. Employees who have never visited the Campus Recreation Center before must stop by our Membership Services to fill out a liability waiver form.
