Do the “write” thing for your wellness.
Journaling is one of life’s greatest wellness hacks! It can be done anywhere, anytime and the benefits are endless. In this session, you will learn the many ways journaling can positively affect your mind, body and spirit, as well as tips on how to make journaling a healthy habit. Additionally, you will be guided through a journaling session and reflection to experience the benefits of this practice.
The first 200 people to sign up for the event will be given a UAB branded journal to promote an ongoing practice of journaling. Attendees are encouraged to use explore this list of journaling prompts.
