About this Event
If you've seen this buzz phrase circulating recently, you may be a little confused about what constitutes “clean eating.” Do foods have to be fresh, organic and non-GMI to count? Is it a diet? A way of life? Will clean eating actually make you healthier? UAB Dietitian-in-Training Carol Ann Head defines clean eating in a presentation that explores health benefits of limiting processed foods, potential harms of restrictive eating, and evidence-based recommendations for what to include or exclude from your diet.
