About this Event
Participants will focus on boundary work — what happens when you can sense yourself and what you need and want, and access your voice to speak to those things. Become clearer about your own boundaries, in this session with EACC Counselor Carrie May. No art experience needed.
EACC programs are free and open to employees and members of their immediate household.
