Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime musical experience as Don Was and the Pan-Detroit Ensemble celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Grateful Dead’s landmark album Blues for Allah with a full live performance of the album in its entirety. This powerful tribute brings together world-class musicians from across Detroit’s vibrant music scene, honoring the Dead’s experimental spirit and the enduring legacy of Blues for Allah. Curated and led by Don Was, this genre-spanning concert blends jazz, funk, rock, and improvisation in a way only Detroit can deliver—don’t miss this historic celebration of one of the Grateful Dead’s most iconic recordings.
