Lecture Title: How coxsackievirus B hijacks the host cell and insights into novel antiviral approaches"
Current research interests include understanding host-pathogen interactions in the heart and pancreas with goal of identifying potential therapeutic targets that can translate to the development of antivirals that could combat both acute and chronic viral diseases while currently focusing on coxsackievirus B3
