Dr. Mosa's presentation, "From Local Innovation to National Impact: Leading the Evolution of Research Informatics," will trace the evolution and impact of research informatics in academic health centers, spotlighting the critical role of the Chief Research Informatics Officer (CRIO).
Drawing upon insights from the seminal manuscript, "The Emerging Role of the Chief Research Informatics Officer in Academic Health Centers", this talk promises to offer an authoritative perspective on the subject. With over a decade of experience at the helm of research informatics in an academic health system, our speaker will share their firsthand journey of steering the research informatics enterprise from its beginning stages to its current status as a cornerstone in healthcare research.
