Dr. Zhina Sadeghi is a fellowship-trained UCI Health urologist who specializes in neuro-urology and female and reconstructive urologic surgery. 

Her clinical expertise includes pelvic organ prolapse, urinary storage and voiding dysfunction (overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, etc.), urethral and bladder neck pathologies (diverticulum, stricture, etc.), neurogenic bladder, radiation cystitis, complications of urinary diversion and stomas, recurrent urinary tract infections, urinary tract fistulas, evaluation and management of hydronephrosis, ureteral obstruction and stricture diseases. She is skilled in minimally invasive vaginal, abdominal and endoscopic surgical procedures, including robot-assisted approaches.

Sadeghi earned her medical degree at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran. She completed an internship in general surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, where she also completed a residency in urology. Next, she completed a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor.
