Deadline: ArtPlay Summer Camp Registration

This is a past event.

ArtPlay is opening up in-person summer camp registrations and will have three (3) musical theatre camps and two (2) visual arts camps!

In order to move forward with camp registration, we are preparing for every scenario for this year’s summer camps. As you know, things are still fluid and the below protocols are based on our current environment. However, protocols may change by June and July.

UAB protocols may include

  • Daily Temp Checks
  • Staggered Pick-up/Drop-off
  • Masking
  • Social Distancing
  • Small Group Classes
  • Testing Before Camp
  • Outdoor Performances/Art Galleries

The steps that UAB has taken this past year to keep us safe and healthy are commendable. As we have learned this past year, the current protocols that we have may very well change.

We have, however, established other protocols we feel certain will be achieved this summer (and they will not change!):

    1. Your kids will get an amazing art education experience;

    2. They will be around friends, old and new;

    3. They will be with their favorite teaching artists and counselors;

    4. They will have fun and make memories that will last a lifetime!

We look forward to having students back in our buildings — safely!
