CTL LIFT – Creating a Syllabus
Presented by Stacey Cofield, PhD
Description: A course syllabus is more than just a list of due dates and course policies. It is a roadmap for student success and a reflection of your teaching philosophy. This workshop will guide graduate students through the process of creating a dynamic and effective syllabus for any type of course that sets the stage for a productive and engaging learning environment for everyone.
Join the CTL LIFT series & Lean Into Future Teaching
Lunch will be provided (if you are unable to attend at the last minute, please contact the CTL: uabctl@uab.edu)
Please note: Offered in partnership with the UAB Graduate School, these workshops are designed exclusively for graduate teaching assistants, or graduate students and postdocs who anticipate a career in positions with teaching responsibilities.
