 copyright law through a combination of lectures\, discussions\, and intera
 ctive learning activities.\n\nThis session will cover a range of essential
  topics\, beginning with the history and origins of copyright\, followed b
 y foundational concepts that everyone in higher education should know. Par
 ticipants will explore the intricacies of copyright\, fair use\, and open 
 access\, empowering them to navigate complex copyright scenarios confident
 ly. Additionally\, we will explore the intersection of AI and copyright la
 w\, including an update of recent litigation. \n\nLight breakfast and snac
 ks will be provided. Optional pre-readings will be sent to participants on
