Power's advisor Candace Green will host an informational session about meal prepping and the importance of replacing unhealthy snacks with healthy snacks. Before the presentation we will let our participants make their very own healthy snack - a peanut butter rice crispy ball using three simple ingredients of peanut butter, dates, and Rice Krispy cereal.
If participants have a peanut allergy we will have the alternative option for them to make fruit tacos it will include ego pancakes strawberries, Greek yogurt, blue berries or bananas.
