Description: How do you solicit feedback from your colleagues or manager? How do you respond? How do you give feedback that actually has the intended impact? In this interactive workshop, you'll learn how to give, receive, and gauge feedback that drives meaningful results. Through group discussions, role play, and hands-on activities, you'll explore proven models like the WINS After Action Review and the SBI Feedback Model to strengthen your communication skills and professional presence. Join us to learn more.
Please Note: This workshop is designed for current UAB teaching faculty, instructor of records, academic advisors, and other student-facing staff members. All graduate students and postdoctoral scholars are invited to attend any of the CTL LIFT series workshops.
