The commencement ceremony for the UAB Heersink School of Medicine is Saturday, May 14 in Bartow Arena, 617 13th St. South.

Doors open at noon, and the ceremony begins at 1 p.m.

Alison J. Whelan, M.D., chief Academic Officer for the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), is this year’s guest speaker.

Commencement will also be streamed live online at go.uab.edu/SOMCommencement.
