Coming Out on the Green Drag Ball

This is a past event.

Coming Out on the Green is a celebration of National Coming Out Day in LGBTQ+ History Month. We will have a drag ball contest with 5 categories (drag, butch, face, costume, and vogue) inspired by Netflix’s Pose series. There will be a DJ, free stuff, and prizes available.

This event celebrates the LGBTQ+ community and will be in collaboration with SMDP's Queer Peers and SafeZone.

Sign up for the contest in advance (walk-ins for the drag ball contest will also be allowed). Contact Vani Mittal at vmittal@uab.edu with any questions.
