Join us for a talk from Greg Millett, Vice President and Director of Public Policy at the Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR). Mr. Millett is nationally recognized for his significant experience working at the highest levels of federal HIV policy development at both the White House and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In addition to his current role at amfAR, he was Senior Policy Advisor in the White House Domestic Policy Council where he helped author and implement President Barack Obama's original National HIV/AIDS Strategy. In recent years, he has added focus on health equity and disparities faced by minoritized groups during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Dr. Matt Gravett, Assistant Professor and early HIV investigator, will also give a talk titled "Amplifying our Voice: Exploring the Perceptions of PrEP Promotion."
