About this Event
Join us for the CCTS Research Orientation Program (ROP), a virtual, high-level overview of key aspects of a clinical trial.
What: A single-session, high-level overview of how to implement a sponsored or investigator-initiated study, including key clinical, regulatory & financial requirements.
Why: To provide basic tools, familiarize attendees with research study terms, and help those new to research avoid common pitfalls.
When: Offered every 2-3 months | This session: May 16, 2024; 9 AM-12:30 PM
Who: For young investigators and research staff who are new to research, as well as any who could use a refresher course in key aspects of a clinical trial. The CCTS strongly encourages new faculty, coordinators, budget & regulatory staff to attend.
*Attendees may earn 4 AMAPRA Category 1 CME credits.
Note: Completion of a pretest and video will be mandatory before the live session begins on May 16th. A link to access the required pretest and video will be sent to registered individuals.
Registration will close at 5 PM on Friday, May 10th.
