Bright Bodies - Family Based Healthy Lifestyle Program

Bright Bodies is a 12-week, evidenced-based, healthy lifestyle program for families that offers nutrition education, behavioral modification, and physical activity. This Department of Pediatrics & Children's of Alabama resource is for families of children ages 7 to 13 who have a BMI ≥85th percentile and who would be willing to attend sessions twice a week (one in person and one virtually).
