Brainstorming: A Deeper Look into Sports Related Concussions
About this Event
Each year, nearly 4 million kids suffer recreation- and sports-related concussions. Join us virtually as we welcome Sara Gould, MD, M. Heath Hale, MD., and Kathy Weise, OD for Brainstorming: A Deeper Look into Sports Related Concussions.
Concussions are one of the most common forms of injuries for young athletes. We'll take a look at why there is so much concern for concussions, how they are treated, and how long it takes athletes to recover from them.
Brainstorming: A Deeper Look into Sports Related Concussions is part of our Pushed to Play webinar series taking a look at topics that are important for youth athletes and their parents.
