About this Event
Blazers Against Hunger is a month-long campaign to support Blazer Kitchen, UAB’s on-campus food pantry. Blazer Kitchen works to increase food security in the UAB community by providing healthy food, resources, and referrals to patients, employees, and students in need, all while making sure those who visit are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Blazer Kitchen supports over 2,000 shoppers each year and continues to grow as an essential piece of the UAB community. This year Blazer Kitchen is celebrating the impressive milestone of One Million Meals provided since its start in 2017. It continues to provide over 10,000 pounds of food each month.
Event Details
