Join 2-time UAB graduate Ashley Clarke of Earthkeeper Yoga for an urban mindful outdoor experience and reap the health benefits of reconnecting with the natural world around you - even if you are in the middle of an urban environment. Expect to move mindfully slow while developing a deeper awareness of yourself and your connection to the living earth all around you.
