Blazer Cuisine: Taste of Italy

This is a past event.

Join us for the second installment of the Blazer Cuisine Cooking Series as we learn how to prepare carbonara and truffles. We’ll provide the meal kit, all you have to do is log on and cook with us*.

This episode will be hosted by one of your fellow UAB students, Trevor Stewart, and your Campus Dining Director, Chef Brian Bowser. Be sure to log on by 4:45 for a chance to win prizes, learn about Italian culture, and more!

Here’s how to participate:

Step 1: RSVP on Engage by April 6th.

Step 2: Stop by Hill Student Center suite 230 (near the elevators) to pick up your free meal kit and apron. Meal Kit pickup will take place on Tuesday, April 13 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. If you are unable to pick up a meal kit during this time, please email mmort96@uab.edu to arrange a separate pickup.

Step 3: Join us on Zoom April 13 at 4:45 pm to cook a delicious meal with us!

*No cooking utensils will be provided. Before you RSVP, please ensure you will have access to a kitchen with basic equipment.
