Blazer Core Teaching: Online Teaching in Blazer Core - A Faculty Forum

This is a past event.

Presented for UAB faculty by the Blazer Core Curriculum. This event brings together faculty and staff engaged in or interested in online teaching for a forum on best practices in student success in online courses. In contrast to a presentation on online teaching, this event is designed as a forum for faculty dialogue. The forum seeks to build a strong community among those teaching online Blazer Core classes and to provide opportunities for faculty to define common interests, issues, and opportunities in the online classroom and develop practical and research-based approaches for addressing them. Coffee and Pastries Provided.

Registration is required for CTL events. UAB faculty are always welcome to show up to in-person CTL events without registering, but we ask that if food is being served, you wait until all registered participants have gotten their food before serving yourself.
