Black Focus Film Festival

This is a past event.

Celebrate the power of young Black voices in film during the film festival, supported by UAB Student Media. The Black Focus Film Festival is a film competition geared towards Alabama college students of Black and/or African descent.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a photo booth before the screening of films from across the state begins at 6:00 p.m.

Heavy hors d'oeurves will be served as awards are presented to the filmmakers.
