Best Practices for Building a Culture of Wellness

Katina Sawyer, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Management and Organizations in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. Her research broadly centers on how to create more positive inclusive workplaces, and happier and healthier employees. She holds a dual-PhD in Psychology and Women's Studies from the Pennsylvania State University. In Dr. Sawyer's session titled "Best Practices for Building a Culture of Wellness," you will learn how to define and recognize a culture of wellness versus a culture of burnout. You will also gain valuable skills that will allow you to build and sustain a culture of wellness via actionable, research-based tips. If you struggle to get results without your team burning out, this session is for you.
