From faster results to more personalized treatment options, AI is changing the patient experience in ways you can actually feel. On Thursday, August 27, 2026, at noon (CT), Behind the Screens: What AI-Powered Care Means for Patients takes a closer look at how these tools are starting to shape everyday healthcare an what they might mean for your next visit.

Dr. Eric Ford, Professor of Public Health Policy and Organization, will explain how AI can help speed up test results, giving patients clearer answers sooner and easing some of the worry that comes with waiting. He'll also talk about how AI can spot potential risks earlier, helping care teams head off problems before they become serious.

This webinar will show how AI can bring more clarity to tough or confusing medical questions by comparing large sets of similar cases - something especially helpful for hard-to-diagnose conditions. You'll also hear how these systems can sort and check information behind the scenes so that care decisions become more consistent and more personalized to each patient's needs.
