About this Event
Explore how to deal with social isolation and self-care in times of uncertainty in this virtual art group facilitated by EACC counselor Carrie Ezell. Please note — this distance offering is not an art therapy group; no art experience necessary. Participants are asked to have paper and markers or crayons ready prior to joining the session.

EACC virtual programs are free and open to all UAB, UAB Medicine, VIVA and Homewood City School employees and members of their immediate household.
