About this Event
At Ball Bootcamp, UAB students are invited to participate in workshops led by local drag performers. We will have sessions on House culture, Vogue dance, drag makeup, and no-sew/DIY costumes. This event is open to any UAB student, and we especially encourage Ball contestants to join us in preparation for Friday's event! Additionally, during the House culture session, students have the opportunity to join a Ballroom House for the week; Houses will be able to earn points throughout the week to compete for an award which will be presented at the finale event. You do not have to be a Ball contestant to join a House or to attend the Ball Bootcamp.
