Join Amy Carr, instructor and internship coordinator in Community Health and Human Services at UAB, as she delves into the importance of health and wellness in today’s lifestyle, as well as the impact of common chronic diseases. This UAB Employee Wellness webinar will go deep into the benefits of exercise, types of exercise, and how to blend exercise into daily life, while also touching on time management and reaching a healthy work-life balance. Participants will have the opportunity ask questions about their specific needs related to enhancing wellness for work-life harmony.
