Asking the Right Guiding Questions: Foundations of Research and Evaluation

This research question serves as the basis of later development of actual survey questions. Participants need no prior experience with survey development.
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
a) Have defined in key terms and prioritized in rank order up to three issues they need to understand about their clients, community, employees, or services
b) Refine their top issue(s) in the format of a question that meets quality criteria (e.g., specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely).
