Hosted by the UAB Informatics Institute, the 7th Annual Translational and Transformative Informatics Symposium will focus on multiple initiatives in relation to updates within the world of  informatics research and applications in biomedical sciences.

This year's theme is "AI in Medicine and Healthcare," and the keynote speaker for ATTIS will be the esteemed Trey Ideker, Ph.D., Professor of the Department of Medicine at the University of San Diego.

Other scientific discussions covering a wide variety of topics within the theme will be held, providing faculty, postdoc trainees, and graduate students the opportunity to learn more about informatics research.

This year's event is hybrid, so not only will you have the opportunity to experience ATTIS via Zoom, but you also have the option of attending in person at the Margaret Cameron Spain Auditorium.

Registration is open until April 14th, so be sure to save your slot for our extravaganza! Be sure to go to http://attis.ubrite.org/2023-2/ for more information.
