Join us for an inspiring and entertaining evening with UAB's brightest entrepreneurial talent. 

Teams composed of UAB students from various disciplines across campus will be pitching radical entrepreneurial venture ideas designed to make a positive impact on talent retention in the state of Alabama. The six student teams presenting have already made it through a preliminary process and received six weeks of training through the UAB J. Frank Barefield Entrepreneurship Program. The Alabama Power Foundation is sponsoring this exciting event and awarding $15,000 in cash prizes.

There'll be food, drinks, and lots of networking (at 5:30pm). MCed by Eunice Elliott with a special performance from magician David Merlin! 

The annual Blazer Hatchery and Hackathon competition is open to all UAB students. Check it out; you may decide to compete next year.
