Attendees will gain a better understanding of the most recent developments in clinical and basic science research in cardiovascular disease, with sessions focused on (Friday 05/03 Sessions): Molecular Mechanisms of Disease and Novel Diagnostics and Treatments, and (Saturday 05/04 Sessions): Blood Pressure Measurement, the latest findings from the Systolic Blood Pressure Intervention Trial (SPRINT), as well as a featured Hot Topic Debate on Automated Office Blood Pressure (AOBP).

The 20th Annual VB&H Poster Session will take place Friday, May 3, 2019 from 4:15pm – 6:00pm at the Abroms-Engel Institute for the Visual Arts (AEIVA; 1221 10th Ave. South, Birmingham, AL 35205). Cash prizes awarded to Top 3 poster presentations! ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Friday, April 12, 2019.
