Parents registering to attend this event should not register their student (they are completing a separate form). Due to limited space inside the UAB Alumni House, registration is limited to the primary registrant and one guest.
The NAS is proud to partner with our schools and colleges in raising $5.4 million from alumni in 2022-2023 to provide student scholarships. The NAS is humbled to offer much-needed scholarship assistance to a diverse population including legacy students, incoming freshmen, transfer students, graduate students, upperclassmen, and international students.
The NAS awarded more than 125 scholarships for the 2024-2025 academic year. The scholarships we offer have specific criteria that are based on the donors' wishes: including, but not limited to, academic achievement, service to UAB and the community, and leadership ability. Some scholarships also take into consideration financial need and unique personal backgrounds.
