https://www.uab.edu/medicine/microbiome/The 2023 UAB Microbiome Center Symposium is an opportunity for researchers who are interested in the microbiome to come together to share and hear about some of the latest work happening in microbiome research. The three day event will include three keynote speakers - Casey T. Weaver, MD, UAB Department of Pathology, Fredrik Bäckhed, PhD, Molecular & Clinical Medicine at the University of Gothenburg and Robert Dickson, MD, Medicine, Pulmonary & Critical Care at the University of Michigan Medical School.
The event will be in a mixed format with zoom sessions from 12:00pm to 3:00pm on January 9, 10 and 11. There will be an in-person reception and poster session held on January 11 from 4:00 to 6:00pm.
