2022 Legacy Pinning Ceremony

This is a past event.

The 2022 Legacy Pinning ceremony will connect UAB's past to its present. This tradition recognizes the bridge forged between parents who graduated from UAB and their currently enrolled students. 

This special, and sometimes emotional, ceremony gives second-generation UAB students the chance to bring the past and present together. Alumni parents (or grandparents) will present their child with a pin to commemorate their UAB connection. The ceremony provides families the opportunity to connect generations, making UAB a family tradition.

The last day to register for the 2022 Legacy Pinning ceremony is Tuesday, October 11, 2022.

Friday, October 14, 2022 at 5:30pm to 6:15pm
