The Diabetes Research Center (DRC) focuses on developing new methods to treat, prevent, and ultimately cure diabetes and its complications. The DRC is a multidisciplinary operation with faculty researchers from UAB's schools of Health Professions, Medicine, and Public Health, among other units.
