The Center’s Vision is to create a world where people with disabilities will be afforded the same opportunities for a high quality of life and purposeful living as all other individuals. The Center’s Mission is to address the health, wellness and rehabilitation needs of millions of Americans with disabilities who have substantially higher rates of health disparities, secondary health conditions and health care utilization compared to the general population.
