This event was not good, but it wasn't the instructors' fault. Equipment not working correctly because we were in the basement without cell and decent computer service. This training is hard to do if you can't move through it yourself while it is being explained to you. We could not do that due to not being able to log in or use the software based on the basement classroom location.
Melissa was so helpful and informative. She taught at a great speed, showed us basics and some bonus features in marketing cloud. Overall, the training was extremely educational. I hope Melissa will do more classes on marketing cloud in 2020!
It was valuable.

Thanks for providing this important training!
Great event, enjoyed the group discussion
Very disappointed that I did not get an email about the time for this class changing. I took off of work to attend, drove downtown, found a parking spot, and located the room for this to find out it had been moved. I double and triple checked the time and location before going, there is no way I could have known. Maybe consider posting a time change online. Or note the time change in the reminder email the day before.
